Normal hours of building entry for Waterfront Place are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Access to the building at other times requires the use of a card key. Waterfront Place will be officially closed on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Labor Day
• Independence Day
• Memorial Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

Should you require any routine cleaning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or other special services on any of the above holidays or after normal building hours, please contact the Management Office. There will be an additional charge for services outside of the normal building hours. We will be glad to provide you with an estimate for any of the above services.
